A really great app! It offers a variety of setting options that allow you to customise the user experience. I particularly like the option to use your own CSS to personalise the design even further. The support is also outstanding - friendly, helpful and above all fast. I had a small problem that was solved immediately and competently. Absolutely recommendable!

There are some small details of the app that I would like to improve, but in general everything is perfect, the support is incredible, it has helped me with all my doubts, I have contacted them few times and they have always been very kind and always with the intention of solving my problems, I totally recommend the app.

In der App kann man viele Einstellungen vornehmen und sich die Liefertermine individuell anzeigen lassen. Sie ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und intuitiv zu bedienen. Ich hatte vor kurzem ein Problem mit der Darstellung und die liebe Anna hat mich unterstützt und die Einstellungen technisch so lange vorgenommen, bis wir das gewünschte Ergebnis hatten. I don't have many apps in my store, but this one is an app that NO store should go without! It avoids so many questions and gives customers the assurance they need about when they can expect their order so they can proceed with ease to place those orders!

Having a rush delivery option besides the standard shipping option is always great. I tried some other apps but they are not able to achieve this function. The support is always helpful too!

"Original Review" When the app works its great. But every few weeks it stops working all together and we have to get on with support.
"Updated Review". We have been talking/working with supprt and the dev team for some time now. They have listened to our feedback and basically together we have changed the app a lot, and for the better. So long as it remains stable (I feel it will now) This is absolutley a great app and worth every peny.
We use the app to show an estimated date range for an item to ship/leave our shop. We have different timelines based on the different items we make. This app has the ability to show a different timeline for every item in your shop. Or the same timeline for all items.

Great support service. Quick response, solve the issue immediately. Easy to set up the ETAs, helps a lot because most of our proudcts are pre-order products.
