Omega not only helps our customers find the products they want and the information they need to pull the trigger, it shows us gaps where our customers are searching for products and info we could be offering them and the questions we need to address and areas we need to improve in order to improve our customers overall experience and convert more of our existing customers into loyal repeat customers.

It helped us to see what searches people are searching for. We have a lot of blogs it makes it easy.

Shopify's default search wasn't working well for my site because my shop relies heavily on metafields, which aren't detected by the built-in search feature. After looking at all the options I chose this app because it was simple, fast, and affordable.

I also like how easy it is to use your own product cards and styling for the search results instead of a pre-made template that might not match the rest of your site.
