is there is any extra steps to uninstall the app ,bcoz the code of the app remains in shopify store

free and well working just the filter options is very sided but anyways its usuable so i think if you dont want to pay other apps use this

A very good app for product filtering!

It has all of the expected features in a simple enough interface. It also has a really nice setting page where you can manage small details, filters and see statistics. In my experience, it is much more clear than competing filter app setting pages.

The developer is really helpful and quick to respond to questions.
I also really appreciate the starting tier being available for free, and I will not hesitate to upgrade once my shop's needs require a more advanced package.

This App Is Impeccable. Makes my store look more Fantastic. The Support is Skilled too. Igor from Support will fix your issues and try their best to sort other issues they notice too. Which is Amazing and Helpful.

Works as it should, a lot better than Shopify's own search bar. We like the feature where the apps corrects for spelling mistakes.
Support was fast in response and offered a good solution to the search result page being full page width on desktop. Might be nice if users can alter the width of the results page themselves. I can recommend the app!

Omega Instant Search is easy to install and configure within minutes. It's an important feature on our site, and works well on both mobile and PC views. Great app and does what it should. Would be great if i could change the way it shows products when you search for them though - like if i wanted it to show a specific image and not just a random one. Otherwise, good app.

Ok so we all know Shopify has shockingly bad search functionality for the modern website (which is surprising)
So you will need a 3rd party app. I had been looking for a solid search engine for months. I believe I have found it. Not only is this a great search engine but most importantly is the great support and transparency you get from its makers. Thinking outside the box with a positive problem solving attitude. My interactions with the company are hugely positive, with their willingness, help, their patience and understanding as I took the product through its paces. I tried to break it and find fault but was unable to. This shows what a robust product this is. I found it straight forward to install with no real set up issues. I did reach out for advice and Omega was there for me with best practise and ways to solve my perceived issue. It is so important for developers to be available and have a positive attitude towards its customers and potential customers. Other players had great search engines (capability) but no customer support to get you set up using their product. One of the bigger companies was so shockingly bad it beggars belief on how bad they were, this leads to a disservice to their product and this is why I dropped them during the trial period. The 30 day trial period with Omega has been great for me to thoroughly test out the search engine on my shopify site. An important factor with any important app is how good is the support if you need it. I tested that out too. Omega was great. I feel that if and when I need them they will be there for me. They are on my side and want to see me succeed. The pricing is realistic, affordable and fixed by tier, so do not need to worry about being bankrupted by how many searches are being performed on your site. (other players want to bankrupt you with the price per search model). In terms of continuous improvement and a nice to have, it would be great to see, some time in the future, a way to be able to turn off some Metafields to exclude them from your search, just for that extra bit of control. Currently its all metafields or no metafields. This is not a major issue. So I become a Omega Instant Search customer and am happy to support Omega Omega Instant Search
If you are looking for a search engine, start with this one and see that it works for you too. (Save you wasting your time searching for the one) Great work by all those at Omega

We have been using this app for years and it's perfect. If you don't have a MEGA menu, especially, this is the next best thing to bring products up quickly for customers.

Just got the app, got an email from the company seeing if I needed any help. I needed a change done and they did it fast. Great app! Easy to use on the site to find product.

Omega search is the best search engine for all my stores and I really recommend it. It's also free until you have 500 products so it's a great opportunity to check all the features.

This app has made it very easy for my customers to search for products. Because of the easy setup, my customers can search for fragrances based on the notes of the fragrance and not just the name. Super helpful! The support is also incredible! Igor went completely out of his way to help me with a problem I was having.

Very nice app we have been using on 6 of our shopify stores. Really advances search capabilities and their support team is following up quickly on questions we had. Now we moved to BigCommerce, we unfortunately cannot make use of their search engine anymore since they do not support BigCommerce. We moved away because of our large database (700K+ SKU's) which was not really an issue for Omega, but for Shopify it unfortunately is. Even when leaving the support people were happy to help us with our last questions. If we would have to name one downside, it would be that it is quite expensive, although even on this subject they were cooperative.

I was hesitant at first it might slow my site but when i installed it, it didn’t slow down my site, easy integration and customizable and did I say it’s very friendly for small startups who wants to offer instant search for their site? Yep they do this and very grateful for it.

I love the app ! After automatic synchronization , I checked how it works in my online store and it was great. Suggestions start even when you still typing, and it shows it with IMAGES, which is awesome. Also, you can customize this search in a different way. I can not wait to do it , when I finish with more urgent tasks now. It is for English language, not sure if it does for some other languages though. But it works for me as I am just establishing and all my few orders were from USA only by now.

Omega not only helps our customers find the products they want and the information they need to pull the trigger, it shows us gaps where our customers are searching for products and info we could be offering them and the questions we need to address and areas we need to improve in order to improve our customers overall experience and convert more of our existing customers into loyal repeat customers.

So far this app is proving valuable with fast and relevant search results that display while you are typing including not just products but also categories. I would prefer a more comprehensive set of options for the actual search results page than I believe I can enable but I am actively configuring the options for this too

This search app has it all ! No complaints. I would highly recommend it to any shopify store owner.

A very well executed utility. Fast and thorough with plenty of flexibility on search presentation. With user input so varied, you really need to provide a way for users to search the way they want. This App covers those bases and provides immediate access to the products that they are interested in. Don't open a store without it.

We needed a quick search application to help keep up with our competition and didn't know where to start. We had had some unique customization requests...including some page styling and branding which was certainly not in their scope to provide for us.
