Anna was a dream to have to guide me through setting up this app. I couldn't have doe it without her. She wend above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order for me, and even stuck around a few minutes after her shift was over to ensure I was taken care of before she left. Just installed this app so I haven't actually used it yet for ongoing orders but while setting up I contacted support about tracking page customization and was quickly helped by Vincent. Good features even if just on the free plan. Fast and reliable CS which is a rarity nowadays!

Tracking works fine, but the app is missing a pretty basic feature. It doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, which makes no sense since the app already has that info. I reached out to support, and they said, "it's not part of our app's scope" and refused to implement it. That's disappointing since this is a standard feature for any tracking app.

We’re sorry to hear that our app didn’t meet your expectations and understand how important it is for you to have delivery status updates transmitted to Shopify. However, our app is designed specifically to display a tracking page on your store for your customers and to show order tracking statuses within our app. It’s not intended to sync delivery statuses to the Shopify Admin.
While this feature is not currently part of our app’s scope, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will pass it along to our development team to check further. We’re always looking for ways to improve and provide the best experience for our users.
