The app has been working well so far and has been doing great at updating tracking info on their dashboard for you to view. Their customer service is also excellent, and they do a great job helping you solve any issues you encounter.

I installed this app recently and its performing great so far, I get the notifications according to the status of shipments. Customer service is great, they respond quickly and are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this App to any business.

Anna was really friendly and helpful in answering all the questions that I have. She brings a lovely vibe that is unmatched by any customer service representative that I have talked to. She was very prompt as well meaning she was quick to find solutions for my questions. If I have any more questions, I'll definitely rely on someone like Anna knowing I'm in good hands.

We had some trouble, but Tracy from Omega's Help Center was super helpful and made it easier for me to navigate through the difficulties. Everything was made super easy and the dev team was super helpful in everything. Totally reach out to the help center if you ever need assistance, no matter who works with you, you will be attended perfectly to your needs.

This is the best tracking app for shopify ever! The customer service is the best part of it :) Special mention to Kaylee and Stella! You guys are the best. They pro-actively worked with us and I am Wow'd by the speed with which they provide us proper resolutions for all the queries. The app did not support our courier partner initially but after reaching out to them they connected with the courier partner and made it possible. Will definitely recommend the app. Keep up the good work Team <3
