I am very happy with this app. I had a few questions and had to reach out for support. The staff was very responsive to reply and help me through my questions. I received help from Sophia, Lynn, and Samuel who were ALL super wonderful and helped me with each of my questions.
This app allowed me to create a return portal for my customers to submit returns, exchanges or store credits without having to directly contact my store or staff. This app provided a "self help" for customers to manage their returns by themselves. Customers can come back to the page to check on the status of their returns.
Automatic emails are sent to the customer for each stage of the return process based on what stages you want to inform them about. The emails can be toggled on or off as you see fit.
You can customize the return page with your logo, images, colors, etc. This is very personalized and professional.
I would give both the customer service and the app 10 stars if I could.

I think app has some serious potential to be a highly favorited app by plenty of store owners. Though today is the first I downloaded and use it, I must say that it has grown on me. Though it still seem to overwhelm me a little because I not sure how I want to customize my notification setting, I think in the long run once I start playing around with thing ill be alright. Customer service is awesome by the way. Kind, patient, and very helpful. Customer Support Lynn helped me through the whole process of what I didn't understand, and with customization options that I was trying to portray in the app. Thanks a lot Lynn very helpful. Now would I recommend the app I would have to say yes as of now. Though I haven't seen it in action as of yet, I got a feeling that this app can be very helpful indeed in the long run. Guess I'll have to wait and see, though I pray I never have any returns as I wish for the many of business owner.

If it wasn't for support I would not understand how to do this. But am not getting past the 3rd party apps. But its still a good cheaper alternative to many others and works when you understnd things.

Joyce helped me remove the brandmark as well as immediately setup a new custom domain for the return & exchange portal. She also told me any information that I needed and in my case it was related to any hidden costs for using the app, which she has assured me that there is no fee or anything. I am excited to build a relationship with Synctrack and take advantage of its features.
