Sehr hilfreiches Tool zur Abwicklung von Retouren und Umtäuschen! Alles kann an einem Ort gemacht werden - Ersatzartikel wählen, Begründungen für Rückgabe, Rückerstattungen... - und der Kunde wird über die laufenden Schritte stets per Mail informiert. We love it Und der Support ist phantastisch! Schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent!!

After setting up and on their settings page, they had a link at the bottom that said visit our site. After clicking got multiple trojan warnings from malwarebytes for the site that was trying to load. the page trying to load was not synctrack, maybe their page was hacked? or something else, I'm not taking the chance.
