Very helpful customer support. The app is simple, and easy to use. Sync feature allows you to connect the returns portal page effortlessly to your shopify store. Easy to learn the app. You guys should try it out.

Great app and great team, not only it has many functionalities designed to make a return portal user friendly but also the level of integrations and custom codes that the team is able to provide is superior to none. We tried different return portals and this is simply the best. I can definitely recommend synctrack to anyone.

The team especially Kaylee and the developers she work along side with have provided outstanding support, far better than what I’ve experienced with many other apps. They’ve impressed me with their willingness to customise features to suit our needs, including hiding prices, adjusting text, and modifying buttons. I also appreciated that many features could be controlled and edited on our end without always needing to reach out to support unlike other apps where even the smallest changes require contacting the team.
The only reason we’re no longer using Synctrack is due to changes in our internal return and exchange processes, it has nothing to do with the app itself. I highly recommend Synctrack to any business looking for a reliable and flexible returns portal.
