Omni has been incredible in driving traffic from our site to our social channels, while giving us a transparent look at analytics so we can better target and serve our customers. 5/5 would recommend.

This app has simplified the way customers are able to ask questions. The analytics feature is a great way to measure each channel's effectiveness which is great.
