Omniful Mobile App Builder – NOT Ready for Business!

After months of using Omniful Mobile App Builder, I can confidently say that this platform is NOT suitable for serious businesses. It is unfinished, full of bugs, and lacks the necessary support and accountability. I’m sharing my experience so others don’t waste their time and money like I did.

Few Major Issues:
Discounts Don’t Work – App Only offers won't work; discount codes won’t work.
Sliders/Banners Won’t Rotate – The app lacks basic UI automation.
No Customization – Section titles and colors cannot be customized.
No Crash Reports – If the app crashes, you won’t know why because they don’t provide reports.
No Dashboard – No overview, no analytics, nothing.
In-App Push Notifications Fail – They don’t work properly, and you can’t set the endpoint.
Sorting & Auto-Crash Issues – The app has severe performance issues.
Bugs Everywhere – We tested the app across multiple devices and reported numerous critical issues, but even after months, several remain unresolved.

Lack of Support & Accountability

We essentially acted as free testers for their unfinished app—reporting bugs, testing across devices, and waiting for fixes. There is NO proper QA team before an app goes live. Instead, they rely on customers like me to find and report issues.

Worst of all, after reporting issues for weeks, they started ignoring my concerns. Their team consists of just two people (Himanshu & Danish) managing development, testing, and customer support. With such a small team, it’s clear why progress is slow and unreliable.

Biggest Red Flag – They REMOVED My App!

I was paying $200 per month for this broken app. Feeling that it wasn’t worth the cost, I decided to downgrade my plan. Logically, the app should continue functioning as per the new plan, right? Wrong! Instead, they removed my store from their servers without warning.

This has been a major loss for my business, and from my experience, it seems they don’t even have the proper infrastructure to handle plan upgrades or downgrades.

Fake Reviews – Don’t Be Misled!

If you check the names of users who left reviews and try to download their supposed apps, you’ll notice something shocking—most of them don’t even exist! These are clearly dummy reviews to mislead new customers. Don’t fall for it!

Final Verdict – A BIG NO!

I’ve realized that Omniful is NOT the right platform for my business, and I cannot grow with it. For months, I paid for an app that barely worked and wasted my time acting as their tester.

And with fake reviews everywhere, this is clearly a misleading platform.

If you're considering Omniful, think twice. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this app builder. Very, very unhappy customer!
