I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly. I am truly impressed with the level of support Omnisend provided, especially considering the timing. Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers. I give it 5 stars! The app provides excellent support for our marketing campaigns and we generate important additional sales as a result. Setting it up was very easy. I would not have been able to fix my issue without Sanya. She quickly assessed the issue and provided me with very clear steps on how to fix. We were done in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service from Sanya, she was wonderful to work with.

We have been using Omnisend for a couple of years now and I find them to be excellent, an easy interface to acheive complex workflows and the support is always near instant and super helpful.
Sila resolved my issue in a matter of minutes and guided me through the resolution.
