I'm so glad Ominsend was suggested to me by another merchant. E-mail marketing has always seemed daunting and overwhelming, I didn't know how to begin or where I could get help. Omnisend has been brilliant, I hope to get enough subscribers to move up to a paid plan and make good use of all features available. I wouldn't hesitate.

I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!

After using this plugin, the package price was secretly increased without any notice, from 20 USD to 88 USD at the highest. There was no reminder when subscribing, and no refund after I questioned it. This is totally unreasonable, this is a scam company!!!

We’d like to better understand which pricing you are referring to, as we haven’t been able to identify such a change. As the number of contacts increases, the monthly fee adjusts accordingly. On the other hand, if the number of billable contacts decreases, so does the pricing.
