I got this app because I was hoping it would offer real time reup reminder emails for consumables ( you should need another about now), sent at precise periods following purchase. (I was offered custom programming options for this running in the lots of hundreds of dollars.) It can. It does. But after learning how to do batch files in DOS 3.3 some 40 years ago my computer skills have waned. Thus, it was frustrating learning how to get this wrench to fit my socket. The support department, including Karine, Deniz, Kayque, Beran, and perhaps a few more, were more than up to the task. Once I got them to understand what means step-by-step instructions I was off and running.
Luiz knew exactly how to help and gave me easy-to-follow instructions. He was friendly and professional too!
With the free version they do not allow you to remove the watermark and since it is quite large it takes away a lot of professionalism from the store.

New to email marketing. I tried Klaviyo but found it too complex and their approach a bit pushy...so moved to Omnisend. I am finding it far easier and better to use, with super friendly and helpful customer service.
Diego has been incredibly helpful and solved all my issues. He has not only been professional and kind but also very patient with all my endless questions. He helped to integrate our domain into Omnisend so our marketing email doesn't go to Spam when sent. I could not be more grateful for his help and time. Diego made sure to go beyond and above to make sure everything was sorted out for my email campaign. Highly recommend Omnisend, it's easy to use and the help team are fantastic. The templates are great and easy to use. The automations are straight forward too.
Love this marketing platform. The videos they make and chat support is amazing. Still playing around but I think it's a winner for now

Karine & Diego have been so incredibly helpful. The prompt and thorough customer service has made what appeared to be a tedious tasks, so easy to understand and accomplish.
