Just starting to learn Omnisend and love it already. Amazing support! Extremely helpful and very quick.

Love this platform, very easy to use and the support is very fast and thorough. Sanya answered every question l had straight away, along with screenshots and video screenrecordings, making the learning curve very seamless.

I switched to Omnisend after trying (and failing with) Mailchimp. Omnisend has been brilliant. Very intuitive program. Easy to navigate. It has saved me so much time. The trial version works great. Usually trial versions are stripped back in terms of features - but not with Omnisend. I found customer support to be great. They respond within 5 mins. They keep in contact, making sure you're happy with response. I am so happy I switched to this program.

Price is way too high once you reach a certain amount of subs. Wouldn't suggest you start using it if you plan to gain more than a few 1000 subs.

We are switching to a different EMS only because we want a wider choice of templates, more segmentation etc, but I am finding our new EMS way too complicated for an average user like us and a small business overall, that can't afford hiring an email specialist. So, now, when we can compare, I would definitely recommend Omnisend for businesses that don't want to spend hours on figuring out simple tasks.
Also, Omnisend customer service is stellar. Even when we unsubscribed from them, their customer support is exemplary. Today I had Luiz to help us out to fully unsubscribe - extremely helpful and customer oriented! I don't know of any other service who gets back to you so fast and efficient. Also, they have live chat - something hard to find these days.

Definitely use or switch over to Omnisend! Incredibly easy to make emails and to know who you are sending them to

I have installed OmniSend on two Shopify sites so far and the experience has been great. OmniSend's Customer Service via live chat is awesome. A few small features missing vs bigger platforms but I am sure they will catch up soon
