Its a good app if you want to do basic emails. However found mail chimp to be way better in terms of features

I downloaded this site yesterday to help with my store and got into a bit of a muddle, so requested some help via online chat. I expected to wait a few hours for a response, but only had to wait a few minutes. The lady was extremely patient and guided me through the process, which enabled me to figure out where I'd gone wrong. It's really nice knowing that there is someone helpful to be able to chat to if I come across a problem and I would highly recommend this app as it integrates perfectly with my Shopify website.

I was looking for a supplement for my Mailchimp connection. Someone complained about another integrated app and suggested Omnisend. BYE, Mailchimp! You mean I can access it thru my Shopify dashboard AND get all of my basic needs done without all those extra steps? I'm in love.

Very Easy to use , also you have a lot of videos on Youtube.

This app is something else. It literally does everything concerning targeting new and current customers. This is a great tool, very organized and neat!
