Omnisend is a great service. I was having issues integrating the newsletter from the footer on my Shopify page and Kamilia assisted and resolved the issue! well, email marketing is a huge thing for making positive sales and keeping customers, so this being free is amazing especially with its layout and simplicity

So far so good. Really like the ease of making a new campaign. Very intuitive. Still learning how to make segments and use them but I feel sure they will open up new opportunities for us. The only hiccup I've found so far is in using a new signup form. My hope was that I could use a sign-up form (for an event) to go directly into a particular segment (those people who will be attending the event) ...

Difficult to understand. The app dont get my new customers.

I was using Mailchimp and I decided to switch to Omnisend because I thought it was better for Shopify (note: and it's more expensive). For the past two or three months, my sales have dropped, half of my customers don't get the emails, I had problems with the sync between other small issues. The support changes all the time so you never speak with the same person and every new person answers you a ...

This app was easy to install and it has very simple step by step instructions. I just created my first campaign and I am very excited to see my results!

I used to this app to help me with promoting my store through emails. It was a very fluid and easy set-up. I was impressed with the user friendly windows it provided. Every window would be so simple to navigate and provided a step-by-step walk-through of what needed to be done next. It also offers tips on how to be more successful!
