Sila from Omnisend provided me excellent support. I was looking for advice on how to create a landing email subscription with an exchange of a PDF file. I have limited technical skills and she created me a step-by-step video. I'm so grateful for her support and appreciate her expertise.
I was looking for an email platform that helps me automate most of my email task, basically autopilot. I've been using mail chimp for years and wasn't completely happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I installed Omnisend to see how feature packed the platform is and how polished the user interface is. It took me no time to recreate a lot of the automations I had and I have new ideas to implement as well. The live view is a nice bonus and does a great job showing me in real time what's going on (things like what item was added to the cart). I had few questions during setup and the staff responded quickly and were super knowledgeable. Can't recommend it enough. I'm using the "standard" tier, the free is plenty good as well. Give it a try!
This is a great app and with great ROI. Highly recommended to people who are serious about email marketing.

This is great, it's got basic options for those starting out or with a tight budget in mind with plenty of upgrade paths. The newsletter has a good statistics report also. Thank you!

I've experimented with different email marketing tools, particularly those integrated with Shopify. Many were not intuitive and difficult to adapt to. However, upon a professional recommendation, I chose Omnisend for its ease of use. While there are aspects that can't be tailored, such as auto-response emails, their support team was both helpful and prompt.
