The platform is a bit complex due to its millions of features, so it's very useful that they offer excellent technical support via chat and email. They have a new design generator that is much better than the previous one, and emails now have a fresh new look and are easier to use. They add new features every day and are improving a lot. It's well worth it.

Not perfect, there are missing functions and options but they have an amazing support and are always happy to hear suggestions for improvement.
Also, what is already there is quite as good as from the competition.
I would absolutely suggest to give it a try!

I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track.

Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to:
1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once)
2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query
3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!)
As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track.
Much appreciated Saleh, you are a credit to the team.

While i find Omnisend to be expensive, the support you receive is second to none. You speak with real humans via email and they are tremendously helpful. I just had a Domain query that was handled professional and quickly by Maria. Huge thanks!

Use Omnisend and Grid & Pixel (App ) in combo- makes life so much easier for solo small business owners with no marketing backgrounds !! Totally worth it! Can send amazing first class emails in under 5 minutes!

Use to use Klavyio but it was always headaches and complications, Omnisend is intuitive and much much easier to use and keep a lot of customisation available when you need it. FIVE STARTS for me! get it and thank me later.

In the bang for the buck department, Omnisend is awesome. Great features, easy to use interface, and small-company service.

Our account manager Kristen always provides actual useful ideas instead of patting themselves on the back how great they're doing, which is what i've seen with other email apps. I feel like she's on my internal marketing team.

Their tutorials are actually *easy* to find which seems rare and if you can't figure it out, their support team is fast and efficient (had a complicated issue that Mattias fixed for me in like 2 minutes).

We have been using Omnisend for a couple of years now and I find them to be excellent, an easy interface to acheive complex workflows and the support is always near instant and super helpful.

Sila resolved my issue in a matter of minutes and guided me through the resolution.

Careful when useing Omnisend Facebook Custom Audiences !!! Somehow the connection betwen Omnisend and your Facebook Ads Account suddently gets deleted every few weeks. Like this you will end up with facebook eating up your daily budget for some advertising campaigns not targeting the audiences you created via Omnisend. You will not notice that the integration is not working and you don't get any notification about this error. Imagine how much money you can waste if you don't notice this. It happened now for more than 3 times over the last few months. Also every time this conection gets deleted you will need to recreate your facebook audiences which is also time consumeing.
I wrote Omnisend 3 times about this and still no fix !
