I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.

I have not even paid for Omnisend, and have only started setting my email marketing operation on Omnisend, so this is not a review for the platform, but for the customer support. In one word - Amazing. Their help with setting things up, fishing issues that I had over last few days was just amazing. Burak and Didiem - you were absolute stars! Thank you so much for your patience and help. Omnisend is lucky to have you!

I hope to give a great review for the platform once I have more experience with it.

Je recommande cette aplication parce qu'elle a plein de potentiel dans mon busness, elle m'aide elargir mon cercle de client fais en sorte de les garder dans un long terme et plus besoin de faire des pubs pour faire des ventes.
Un support avec une equipe tres doue et fiable tel que 'Mathías' qui m'a aider recemment a resoudre un soucis que j'avais apres avoir parler avec plusieur membre mais qui n'ont pas pu m'aider et en quelque seconde ce monsieur m'a donner le sourire je suis connnaissant

After using this plugin, the package price will be secretly increased without any notice, and there is no reminder when subscribing. After I questioned it, there was no refund. This is unreasonable, this is a scam company!!!

We’ve reviewed the following stores: Ctronics, de.ctronics, uk.ctronics, and fr.xega - where reviews were posted, but we couldn’t locate the specific charge mentioned.

We’d like to better understand which pricing you are referring to, as we haven’t been able to identify such a change. Our senior support specialist has reached out to you directly to help identify which store has experienced the price increase and to locate the conversation where you requested a refund, as we were unable to find any record of it.

We want to reassure you that our pricing structure is fully transparent and adjusts based on the number of billable contacts in your account. As the number of contacts increases, the monthly fee adjusts accordingly. On the other hand, if the number of billable contacts decreases, so does the pricing. This flexibility ensures that the cost is directly aligned with your needs and the resources required.

Not only was Dilara super kind and patient but she took the time to listen to what I needed help with and solved the problem the first time around. Step by step easy video response. straight forward. Customer service was serving. Looking much more forward to using ominsend to maximize and set up a solid framework for my business back end.
