Pretty much has everything you need to have the best customer engagement. Omnisend helped me with my abandoned carts, email campaigns, SMS campaigns etc. Works like a charm, a must have!

Excellent support from Beran and Luiz on team. Both were very supportive, efficient & patient and replied almost immediately to all my queries.

I have installed this app 1 week back, currently in free version and exploring all its features. Its very simple and easy to use all-in-one app. It covers all the features needed for marketing purposes-email as well as sms.

I really love the popups within the app, as they are mobile responsive. (Was struggling to find an app with mobile responsive exit intent popups).

Also their app settings provided me with the flexibility I needed with my popups and it works great.

To conclude, good app for a reasonable rate.

Having received an email from Shopify of alternative email providers Omnisend was the one that offered everything. There was zero grey area and the price was cheap too so we have dived in.
Oh my lord what on earth were the other providers doing. We don't have code experience so this sectioned drag and drop option was just perfect for us to use.
The flow of the tool actually teaches you as you go and by no means have i wanted to retire on going further- this happens a lot with apps but not Omnisend. Theres an IM tool where support have been great in simply being upfront with what to do and quickly how to do it.

If you are in any doubt over a new alternative provider, don't be - this tool is scalable, stable and yet easy to use.

Platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. On the occasions that I had some questions with automation emails, pop ups, customer capture campaigns or forms, the customer support team was very quick to respond with helpful articles and answers that made it easy and quick to move forward. Overall, I recommend to all users who are looking to create automation workflows and have the ability to chat with someone when needed. Thank you Luiz, Sanya and Diego for being readily available to guide me through this new learning experience!
