Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Great app just testing waters and so far is actually pretty nice!
I'm currently testing the workflows!!!!!

A very promising and simple marketing tool! Great product!

It takes a tiny bit of messing around to really figure out everything you can do with it, but once you do, everything is a breeze.

There are a ton of options to customize things as well which makes it really simple to not have cookie cutter e-mails being sent out on your behalf.

Ran into a campaign issue on very tight deadline in the early hours of evening.
Maria from OS Support stepped in and provided step by step guidance fixing the issue via chat over an hour.
we are totally impressed as we did not expect timely guidance to this extent and saw our campaign goal diminishing.
Thanks to her professionalism and helpfulness we were back on track 60 minutes later.
The App has always been very good, we did not have to try their support.
Now we had to and we are SOLD.

great app just using the free version it has allowed me to create custum emails to my costumers with regard to my products. thank you omnisend. i liked that i was able to reach my costumer base and that i could get a little more exposure for my start up

I've been with Omnisend for the past 5 years while everyone else was gushing over Klaviyo. We tried Klaviyo, and the email builder was so clunky and not intuitive at all, and the customer service was just decent. I have always resonated so much with Omnisend's interface and how intuitive it was, from the email builder and automation flows, managing multiple accounts, and more. I could tell they were going to be BIG one day. Even till today, their support has been incredible and personal. Couldn't recommend them more as a powerful email / sms / push notification platform.
