So far it has been very easy to use and the Customer Service has been super helpful whenever I have a question they are quick to respond and are full of resources to resolve my issues.

It was a bit confusing to use at first but after a little time of playing with it you do get the hang of it.

Very easy to use and great support. I am not exactly tech savvy but I was able to easily import my emails and have an email sent in minutes. The campaign email templates are nice and professional looking.
