I'm so glad Ominsend was suggested to me by another merchant. E-mail marketing has always seemed daunting and overwhelming, I didn't know how to begin or where I could get help. I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!
