Their customer service is exceptional - very fast, attentive, and kind (I had Beran helping me). There are lots of services and platforms out there but it's hard to get a good customer service these days. So I do appreciate them.
Been a customer for several years, happy at first then:
- Omnisend pushed a review widget on all my product pages without my approval - showing zero reviews on each product page (I have thousands of very good reviews) impacting my conversions
- Omnisend keeps increasing their prices at a very high rate
(you basically have no choice other than paying more - and they how annoying it is to switch to another provider)
Their customer support is nice and reactive most of the time so I add one star

These emails are moving to promotions in Gmail which is having less chance of getting it recovered

The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fashion ecommerce.
The customer service is amazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I cant afford up until now the payment plan fixed at 127/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month and less than the payment plan. a lower/starters fee for up to 3000 or 5000 mails, to be increased as the ecommerce scales Highly recommended!
It's a really easy app to use, I can build beautiful emails easily and I have a template I copy each month so it is seamless. When I needed to ask for some help with a few domain queries, Maria was amazing and I wish I'd asked earlier! She had me sorted in 5 minutes flat. Great service and wonderful app.
Karine was super quick and helpful to resolve some issue we were having with the new email rules. We needed to get out an email campaign that day and had the issue resolved within minutes. Perfect customer service.
i love Augustin, he is SUCH a pleasure and hardworker. Everytime I have a question, he always resolves my problem swiftly and directs me to the right path. I am not very technical but he always manages to explain things in simple language that I can understand and implement.
The platform is great, ive been using it for years. It does the job if you dont have technical background and want to keep things efficient and simple.
