Customer support is excellent. Love how you can edit all the emails and give your own look and feel!
I had an issue with linking the correct FB link to my Omnisend account and Barrath stayed with me every step of the way to make sure I completed everything correctly. He even took the time to create screen recordings for me so that I can have a visual walk through. We need more employees like him. Thanks again for all that you do.
Great customer service. They walked me through what I needed in about 20mins (setting up code on the back end of shopify). Thank you!

Their automations don't work, and customer support is awful. I sent them a screenshot of their own app (the flow creation section), clear and precise and they said it's not part of their app but a screenshot of Shopify. After sending them the link they admitted it was their app. The customer support haven't even used the app themselves obviously.
Deleted and Installed the app twice, and tested a simple abandoned cart recovery automation multiple times and it doesn't work. Customer support is little to no help. Only a waste of time.
Their email editor is also broken. You have to refresh it every minute because it stops responding and gets stuck. Wasting lots of hours when making an automation flow.
We are moving to a better marketing app. Think twice before spending hours creating automations and flows that won't work.

App is very user-friendly and allows for a great deal of customisation. The free plan is full-featured and gives you plenty of time to evaluate the app for your business... you would only need to upgrade once your audience grows beyond about 200-500 names. But by far the best thing with this app is the Customer Support - they are 100% responsive, available around the clock and know their app and marketing strategy inside and out. They have not yet failed to answer any of my questions, no matter how technical or difficult the questions were, and were always very detailed and courteous with their responses. Very creditworthy team and application, you won't go wrong installing this app.
I love Omnisend for my bulk emailing. Their customer service is swift and thorough as well. Sanya helped me at 1 am with something I was having trouble understanding. She responded almost instantly each time I sent her a question. She explained everything in detail with pictures to help me navigate! Customer service is a big deal to me and she definitely gets an A+!
First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails.
Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive.
This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!
ive used omnisend for years.. had to take a pause because of my illness.. just to come back and find theyve deleted EVERYTHING.. i worked over 10 years to build that list.. and they cant even show some emphaty.. dont trust this company with your lifes work.
also they said theyve sent multiple warning emails.. i checked, doublechecked.. triplechecked.. no emails at all, last email is from support. so if you dont use the account for 6 months.. whatever happens.. all your hard work will be deleted. ILL NEVER COME BACK YOU RUINED MY LIFE. and not having a backup is even worse for a company like yours, that i spent a lot of money on.
