I tried to send my first email campaign today - which is time critical - and when I tried to send it, it suddenly said my account is suspended. No information on that during the two hours I worked on the campaign. Also, no way to resolve this except email support. My emails were collected via opt-in, my store is GDPR compliant and running well. What else do they want? No idea. But my campaign for today seems ruined. Can't recommend this business. If you suspend people's accounts, you need better notification and resolution options. This isn't good enough.

The app is OK quite difficult to use in the beginning if you don't no what your doing eventually get the hang of it but what I found incredibly disappointing was the service!!! I accidentally signed up to sms and wasn't aware it was a monthly thing I don't even use sms I literally needed it for one sms!!! I only use this service for emailing customers Long story short I was charged nearly $60 for one month just for the usual bill and sms when I contacted almost instantly explaining I'd made a mistake and wasn't even aware that it was a subscription I was basically told too bad we don't do refunds and they were more than happy for me to cancel my account and that was the answer for me so I'm currently looking for another company to work with because considering it's a first time mistake it's pretty disappointing. So make sure you don't make any mistakes with payments because you won't see that money again!

Sorry to hear your experience was disappointing.
Please note, your regular subscription was never canceled. Since you tried our SMS service, additionally to the regular subscription, you had an SMS subscription live. So we stopped SMS charges to make sure you continue with email services only. More, we added the remaining SMS credits as credit towards your regular subscription.

Karine “For The Win” & Barruth “The Truth”!!!! She has been absolutely amazing!!! I tried on my own to get my domain info imputed correctly then I finally contacted support. She was so amazing but I was so tired at that point because I was working on it on my own for so long. She broke it down how I needed to input everything and where but I wasn't getting it. She still remained calmed and tried to assist me every step of the way. This morning, I received a message from her following up. That made me feel so good that she took time to check on my progress. Now that I was refreshed from last night, everything that she was telling me to do last night made a lot of sense today. I

So, I had to reach out again but Karine’s shift ended and Barruth helped me. He was quick and straightforward, very nice, and got me taken care!! He also, went over and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful!! I’m switching to the paid plan be cause why not? Customer service is top tier!! Thank you Karine & Barruth for going above and beyond!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

perfect email automation app, couldn't ask for more. I just hope you can make the free plan to include abandoned cart as well even for small number of abandoned cart customer emails only.
