I have installed omnisend, Karine has helped me a lot in the whole configuration process, she knows what she is doing and what the problem is, I have done everything the first time. thanks a lot to Karine

Easy to use and a much more affordable option than some of the others I looked at. Their help chat is top notch.

The worst app I ever deal with I been trying for the last 10 days to get support or anything all what I got is nothing
They charge me 718 to use sms services and they send me email that I can’t use the sms service and they refuse to refund me
They charge me every month 988$ witch is Mailchimp charge only 400 $ for 1.2m email

Still till now no support no money back and also they charge me for the last 4 month 160 extra for sms that I couldn’t use
I WILL SUBMIT THE CONVERSATION BETWWEN US SO YOU CAN BE AWARE THERES NO COUSTOMER SUPPORT HERE

Sanya was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. Even through me wanting to give up on my problem, she stuck it through and really helped me out. Something that takes days for other people having to go through shopify support etc.. Sanya helped me solve in 5 minutes, EVEN LESS!! thank you so much Sanya!

I love this app and the wonderful service. The most attractive function is the Live View activities, I can analyze the customers' data easily.

I have had a great experience with Omnisend and any time I have come across a challenge the customer service team have been fantastic. Quick responses, polite and patient. Particularly grateful for Beran's help with an issue. It is reassuring to know there is help at help if you need it.
