Xenia dealt with my problem. Poor customer service, rude and unhelpful. Problem unsolved and left out of pocket.

Very satisfied with this app great functions and it's user friendly. Now lets see if I will make any sales from the news letter that I created.

When importing subscribers, customers and contacts from my business who have actually signed up on the website or bought products, omnisend automatically sets around half of them as "non-subscribed" - therefore half of my subscribers will never see any of the emails sent out. Not a very good system as there is no manual override or way for you to set them back to subscribed by yourself.

However, after this happening I have been in contact with customer support, who was very quick, friendly and helpful - who has reinstated my subscribers. Still - this step should not really be necessary if the system did not have this strange issue.

Be very aware of this flaw in the app and that you will have to contact customer service and at their discretion have them set your subscribers from non subscribed back to the correct subscribed status.

Will be testing the app more to see if it fulfills our needs as an email marketing system after a rocky start to using it.

UPDATE : After having even more problems loading up lists which I have already paid to be cleaned, the system automatically stops campaigns from running. The support screenshot guides which show how to remove inactive emails are completely wrong and out of date as the company has updated their system but not the screenshots, so all fields are different and impossible to follow the guide. I have been sent this wrong guide now about 3 or 4 times by various support staff.

So far omisend, although has a fairly nice interface, is a complete headache and waste of time using in practice compared to other email marketing systems.

UPDATE : Omnisend after a year of me using it decided to increase the price to a ridiculous amount, maybe 10 times what i was paying, so i cancelled it. The app is nice idea but please not the severe flaws as above and now the stupid pricing makes it way overpriced and not a feasible option to use. Sort it out guys...

First time using & was so user friendly when I have no idea about code... they do it for me. Love the templates.

I had some initial issues with this app being a bit buggy. But the team at Omnisend had been responsive enough to fix them for me. So not bad...will continue to use and see how well this app introduces new features to make their customers stick with them. The only thing I will say they need to improve on is to have more variety of templates for their emails. Considering they position themselves as the marketing automation software for omi-channel retailers, and retail business is a very creative/visual industry so there needs to be more creative resources available with their email templates. Right now what they have is so limited and so bland.

Sorry to hear things are not working as you expected.
Let us emphasize that we do not make any changes to your shop's code as simply we do not have access to your store. The embedded form that you have on your store is built on your store's code, which we cannot access. When we integrate your embedded form with Omnisend, we simply capture it, to "see" when a contact signs up and take that information to ourselves.

J'utilise cette application depuis hier et prise en main rapide ! Bon je n'ai pas encore tout vu mais je l'utilise facilement. Très difficile de trouver une telle application sans bug...

J'ai tout mis en place dans ma boutique et importer ma liste simplement !
Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif pour l'instant donc merci !

I've worked with Mailchimp for 5+ years with 20+ clients. I was a tough convert since I was VERY loyal to them. But I came across Omnisend and all of the small annoyances that I was feeling with Mailchimp were completely gone!

Amazing customer service (24/7 and get back to you in 10 mins.... that's unheard of in the app world), beautiful design, affordable pricing, I could go on.

Definitely would recommend Omnisend to business owners out there. It takes the guesswork out of email marketing!
