Great so far! I love the templates (more suited to retail than some others) and the reporting is good as well.

Simple set up and easy to use.
We've only been using this app a week or two but I've said "this is amazing" more times than I can count.
The A/B testing is an incredible tool that's very accessible and has already helped us understand how to better communicate with our customers.
The one thing I've been frustrated with since transitioning from Shopify Email is that I can't access the images and products saved in my store. I'd like to be able to just "insert" > "product" like I did on Shopify and have it pull from the product pages. Instead I have to download and upload my photos to Omnisend.
BUT
All the other features and amazing customer service (thanks Karine!) has made that minor inconvenience easily tolerable.

Had an issue with connecting my Shopify store with Omnisend, "Your store cannot be reached via API, therefore contact import failed.". Contacted Omnisend's tech support team and they were quick to respond and help me resolve the issue. Baarath, Nikola, and Luiz did their best to help, and they got the problem solved. Overall happy with Omnisend's support team. Thanks
Very good. At first I had to get use to setting it up. After that it was pretty easy. I sent out my first 200 emails and it was a breeze. Look forward to getting more done and get great results.
