Mathias truly made my day. He was super knowledgeable, kind, helpful and quick to reply to any questions i had. 5 stars! Omnisend is a great platform and integrates seamlessly with many other platforms. Great, intuitive, simple and easy to use and one can send any type of email they wish for

I was with omnisfied when I first started my business about 4 years ago. I left because the price got a little too high for my business. However I never forgot about omnisend so I came back and I'm glad to be back. The price is better & They have this new feature that allows you to delete invalid, spam, & voided emails that I love that's the main reason I left my last email marketing provider. So far everything is good.

Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.

I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.

I would not have been able to fix my issue without Sanya. She quickly assessed the issue and provided me with very clear steps on how to fix. We were done in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service from Sanya, she was wonderful to work with.

Had a brief contact with Dilara with Omnisend's customer service team. The issue involved an error message and it was fairly complex. Dilara was able to diagnose and solve my problem in just a few minutes.
The Omnisend customer service team was very responsive and fast.

Definitely recommend.
We have been using Omnisend for almost 3 years and love it. They have continued to make improvements and their support is quick, helpful and human rather than bot. Most recently Maria helped us work through an issue.
