Excellent maarketing platform. Easy to use and set up! nice features

Im currently using the FREE version for now while I learn the ropes of the app and what it has to offer. Sent my first email campaign and not to overly complicated to use at first attempt. Im sure it has many more features and configurations I need to learn how to get the full potential out of it. So far so good!

I used it for an email campaign. Very user-friendly. I got responses immediately. People are already asking questions.

Amazing app for any Shopify store easy to use templates and navigating through the tabs. Getting ready to start my first campaign looking forward to it.

I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I chose it because it was a more cost-effective option than Klayvio and because it integrates so well with Shopify. It makes it easy for me to maintain a consistent email marketing program, and deliverability has been excellent. Recently, I reached out to customer service to help me create a sunset sequence to clean my list of unengaged followers. It's unfortunate that a sunset workflow isn't already built in to the app, and I'll be honest - my first few attempts to get help from customer service were not great. But I persisted in asking questions and finally an agent named Kristina reached out to me and not only helped outline the workflow for me to copy, but created a Loom video to show me exactly how to do it. Now that's the meaning of customer service.
