Dilara was extremely helpful with assisting me with understanding automations + form features. Not only was Dilara super kind and patient but she took the time to listen to what I needed help with and solved the problem the first time around. Step by step easy video response. straight forward. Customer service was serving. Looking much more forward to using ominsend to maximize and set up a solid framework for my business back end.

Kayque was a great help, and very informative about Omnisend email and sms application. I believe he resolved my issue under two minutes. Very kind and a great customer service representative! I would recommend Omnisend to my friends and already have.

I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.
