What I appreciate most is the feeling that I'm working with a provider that tries to improve constantly. We work with Shopify and we have seen a lot of improvements of their "tool" for merchants like us. We pay for a service that it is alive and updated . And I'm perceiving something similar is happening with Omnisend, and I love that. Thank you!

Really nice app. Easy to handle. The workflow's are the best feauture in this app. you can create and customize you own workflows and forms. I really recommend this app.
We use Omnisend in our Shopify store. I've needed to contact customer service several times. Not due to Omnisend problems, but just because I'm not familiar with it and needed a little extra help. They've been great! This last time the customer service rep, Baarath, created a video showing me how to do exactly what I needed to do. You couldn't ask for more. Thanks Omnisend Customer Service!

All-In-One app! I've been looking for this kind of app. Instead of having multiple apps dealing with everything from pop-ups, receipts, subscriptions, newsletters to e-mail marketing in general, all you need is this app. Love it!
We used to use MailChimp before Omnisend, and this one has been much easier to use than the former! Not only is it extremely intuitive (which is great because we're not very tech-savvy), but the UI for putting together emails is SMOOTH. Also, their support is fantastic. Thank you Deniz for helping us with automations ;D
Fantastic app! My first campaign achieved 3 sales! As a newly established clothing reseller in a competitive market i know this will work wonders for my revenue. Now i will definitely be hooked sending regular newsletters.

Application parfaite pour tout le marketing email. Il y a beaucoup de possibilité en ce qui est des emails, des flows, des listes, des options et plus. L'éditeur de courriel est rapide et facile. Le support est également très présent et compétant.
I am so pleased with the email design layouts, and most importantly - the customer service. The app has helped me generate sales using their automated emails. It's really amazing and worth the try for any business.

I just started using the app so I can't say that it had helped my website yet, however, the customer service was top notch! My questions were answered quickly and around the clock seamlessly by different customer service who was on call. I don't live in the same timezone so it was amazing to see the team effort to help me. Thank you!
