First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails.
Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive.
This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!
Omnisend is a superb app. Incredibly flexible and complete. Their support is stellar! My account was hacked and Maria helped me gain control of it immediately. Karine helped us troubleshoot our first campaign, even provided step to step instruction on how to fix discount block, very quick response. I have used this email service for over 4 years and it is SO user friendly. The customer service is also TOP NOTCH. I'm not very computer literate, so when something needs to be programmed, I need to be walked through like a baby. Recently, Didem was INSANELY patient as they walked me step by step with updating my domain. They were AMAZING!!
Definitely my favorite email marketing app and I've tried Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privyy, Beehive, you name it. Easy to use and gets results everytime. Also their support team is amazing.
