SO much better than other platforms I have used in the past. We switched to Omnisend Feb of 2023 and our email sales and open rates have gone up exponentially. Super user friendly, quick & helpful customer service. I do wish that you got more reporting features/metrics in the basic version without having to upgrade to pro but overall very satisfied!

I had Karine help me today. Fantastic job, the app had been set up (by me wrongly) but sending out a discount code I didn't want or couldn't find. She went to work and found exactly the source to enable me to change it! Absolutely fantastic job so glad to have this company onboard with my shop

I love this app and the wonderful service. The most attractive function is the Live View activities, I can analyze the customers' data easily.

I've been happily using Omnisend for the last few years and although there's been some price changes it still continues to perform how I need it to.

Further to that, their customer service is excellent, all the team members including Beran and Karine and have been very supportive and helpful ensuring my problems were resolved, thank you.

I've always been a little bit overwhelmed by email softwares. I'm getting myself more involved with my email campaigns and so far, OmniSend delivers on it's promises. The real fear is to hit the Send button... but that's not their fault. It's my own insecurities. I recently had to contact support because one of my forms was not saving properly and got excellent support from Didem. My form was missing an essential block and it got solved hands on.
