It works well for me but it gets extremely expensive now. I nearly can't afford it. I am planning to change to another app.

I've had Omnisend for almost a year now and for all the features that this app offers and how it is sales based; they simply can't be beat. The interface is clean and simple, the features are useful and plenty, support is attentive.

Only just installed this but the ease of use is quality and the way the app works is amazing cant wait to see how it helps grow my store.

having used Mailchimp for a number of years, I found this e-commerce email marketing app, very easy to use. Really wish I had found this gem earlier.

We sell nutraceuticals and stem cells for anti-aging and Soundest works great for our email campaigns. I am not super tech savvy but creating my campaigns has been a cinch! Thanks, Soundest! Love this app!

So far I'm loving how easy the app is on everything like cart recovery and email campaign though i haven't tried it yet to see how effective it is as it is recently new on my store. look forward to using it more often. hopefully it'll be better than mail chimp which is what i'm currently using

I love the pop-up sign-up window! And I extremely love the live view feature as well! It allows me to see where my viewers are located.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Their change in pricing structure is what makes Shopify suck. It went from being an ok app and I might have signed up for the premium. Not anymore, I will change to another app now. Ridiculously bad communication on that, typical subscription base company that makes Shopify so expensive in the long term!
