Does exactly what we needed it to do!
We are updating our previous review.
It is definitively a great app!
However, after using it for some time, we have found an area, which we consider very important, that needs to be improved.
We are talking about the subscribe and unsubscribe functionalities.
When using double opt-in (highly recommended) for subscriptions, both the email and the landing page can't be customized, except for the texts. This means that the logo is not included and the color of the button can't be changed, etc. So each time a new customer subscribes to our page, they will not see the logo nor our preferred brand colors in both the email and landing page, which should bring trust specially for new customers.
The same thing happens with the unsubscribe landing page.
I don't understand why something so important is not a priority for Omnisend!
It is certainly hard to attract new customers, and we must offer them through a trustful experience.
I hope that Omnisend consider improving this area of their app as soon as possible.

Luiz was super helpful. He was able to transfer my SMS credits over to my balance in just a couple of emails. The service still has to improve before it's completely user friendly but it does 95% of what you'd want.
I am new to email marketing. and after using Omisend for a couple of campaigns, I can tell that the app is easy to use, I especially like the template they are offering. And the customer service is top-notch!
Easy to understand, get the hang of it right away, easy to customize and make it your own look even with template, saved me tons of time. Would like to make the image quality rendering better, and modify the templates to be a bit cleaner.

I wish I had learned about Omnisend sooner. I recently migrated to Shopify and started using Omnisend - so far, it has been excellent. This tool has allowed our brand to strengthen our relationship with new and existing customers - which is critical. I am impressed by Omnisend’s customer service. Seriously, their customer service goes above and beyond to help and is available 24/7. Thank you for all of your help - I look forward to growing my business with you.
So far so good! Just sent my first campaign after switching from MailChimp.
I'm sure it can do more than I was fumbling through with, but, overall it was really to transition! Especially migrating subscribers over! Yay!
They should change there ad here its says 15,000 free emails but that its not true its 2,000 emails on a list, and sometimes it says you have reached your quote for the month and i haven't even sent one. You also can not pick and add things to your email unless you have the over priced paid version.
just used for the first time and love it! easy to use and to follow, cant believe i havent been using it the whole time!
