I UPDATED THIS TO THE PREMIUM PLAN AND FOUND IT DID NOTHING FOR ME. TODAY I WAS CHARGED AGAIN AS I HAVE BEEN BUSY MAKING AND FILLING ORDERS AND DID NOT GET TO REQUEST THE CHANGE IN TIME. I EMAILED RIGHT AFTER GETTING A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY CHARGED ME AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD ADJUST THE ACCOUNT TO REFLECT THE CHANGE FOR NEXT MONTH INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME FOR THE MONIES THEY CHARGED TODAY!

This is the perfect Email marketing app that every Store should use. It's really easy to setup. I got tired of using the rest as they were so technical. But this, its more of drag, drop and click. Really love it's wide variety of options such as SMS sending which you can use when you have a very big and successful brand. Thank you Omnisend

Very clean, modern and professional design layout. No code knowledge needed to install. Pop up discount box option for your store. Track who opens sent e mails, unsubscribed, purchased an item etc. Schedule future e mails. Add video in e mail option and add products direct from your website to the e mail with the click of a button. So much more and its all free with even more options when you upgrade to premium!

Omnisend was my first choice as an email marketing app and so far it is going good. one thing I want to highlight is the support team is great. This is my first time with Shopify and using apps so I am way out of my league with knowing how to work certain things but Omnisend's support agents are super kind, patient and have been more than helpful when I have a question or an issue. Baarath and Kayque specifically have both been wonderful and great to work with and I hope you get to experience how helpful they are when you use this app too :)
