It was pretty easy to setup and I like how the app works. It has nice features and believe it will bring in more customers.
Really good app. Helped me a lot to setup easily marketing campaigns and automation contact emails as well.
I am using the app for e-mail marketing. Very easy to use - really enjoying Omnisend. I like how it automatically syncs to your own website to pick up products for the emailing lists.

Product doesn't work. 40 genuine customers clicks out of 10k. Scammers? google analytics doesn't show your traffic? why? Shopify FREE email app with 900 subscribers generating 6 times income than your 10k subscriber plan for £150.00 - 10000 emails per month.
You can create/delete/update customer segments but it will always stays to your max plan. Once you uploaded - you pay for the rest of you contract.

Regarding customer segments and billing, we apologize if there was any confusion. Once you create a segment, it remains in your account, representing a portion of your audience that matches the selected filters. However, as your list grows, the billing tier will be adjusted accordingly.
Regarding the issue with Google Analytics not displaying your traffic, it's important to note that Google Analytics primarily tracks website traffic, whereas Omnisend focuses on email marketing and automation. The tracking mechanisms employed by Google Analytics and Omnisend are different, which can result in discrepancies.

Beautiful, does everything you want it to.
Terrible customer service and features that aren't on par with their competitors. For example, you can't segment based on opens of an email automation, only based on email campaigns. Really big pain if you are trying to be super targeted! Customer service almost never has a response other than, "I'll suggest that to our developers" and rarely has a good work around for the lack of features. Not worth paying for. I'm switching to another provider as soon as I can.
So far so good. The ease of setting up my email campaigns was much easier than other email marketing programs I've used in the best. Definitely will continue using this program
