I've been using Omnisend since 2019 and they're always prompt to assist with any troubleshooting I've had.
My recent experiences with Baarath and Luiz was very helpful and now I have my customer preferences set up to offer opt-outs for special occasions.
Liberty Maniacs uses Omnisend. We've been in business for over 20 years and to say we have a quirky way of marketing is like saying Joe Biden is a little flighty or Trump has a slightly inflated ego. Weird downright weird. But Omnisend gives us the flexibility and simplicity to communicate with customers, and sometimes more importantly not bug the folks that don't appreciate getting tapped on the shoulder 15 times a day asking if they'd like to check out their sweet new t-shirt. There's SMS, push, and all sorts of automated funnels which are really important for helping customers navigate stores like ours which have an obnoxious amount of items. Pricing is fair. Let's face it, it costs money to make these things work and in the tricked-out email marketing game, there are only a few really at this level. Customization is just updated. Geared to really help folks that didn't go to graphic design school - which is pretty much everyone. But it's also great for artists like us who want to customer out things and maximize the weird. It does that too. Support is good as well. I actually just got off with a rep. She was delightful and even laughed at my jokes which is a kindness often too much to ask. They have a chat, and other methods if it's a more hands-on issue. All in all, it works for us. Email marketing for small businesses and solo acts can be pure misery. Totally get that. That's why we at least try and use a platform that accommodates us being us, and makes it as easy as possible. Good luck with your decision! And business! You got this.
