This is the third email app I have tried, I'm not a technical person and was getting frustrated until I download this... so far it's way better than the others. Putting together my first automated campaign was a breeze and it worked great with my existing contact form. When I had a question, Ivanna from customer service got back to me right away and was super helpful.

We just started using this app to replace MailChimp. It was pretty easy for me to import everything from MailChimp with their available guidance. In just one day we have our customer lists, our email sign-up forms & landing page, abandoned cart email and a a campaign for people who never opened their last few campaigns to come back and get a discount. The automated discount code feature is simply amazing. Integrates easily with shopify. Easy to build campaigns or emails.

I have a small number of email subscribers, 75. Out of those 75, TWO opened the email I sent. TWO! That is a crazy low number. Every email I have sent has a similar result. It must all be going to junk mail folders. Very frustrating!!

Not sure why so many great reviews. The support is nonexistent and I can't get anything to function properly. I miss godaddy.

This APP is like a scam! It provides online support for the first few days when I install this app, but this function has disappeared suddenly and no way I can find it now. I paid the basic plan $30 which is apparently higher than what it is advertised here $19. Now the money has been taken from my account but it still shows I'm in the FREE plan. When I click upgrade my plan it directs me to a page that I can see the subscription fee of $40 for the basic plan!!! This is definately unethical

As of right now, this app seems to be EXACTLY what I need and it seems like it can't get very much easier than this without limiting the apps capabilities.

The best part for me was the amount of support I have received so far. Baarath was incredibly helpful and an extremely effective communicator.

I downloaded this app last month with the intentions on using it for my store.

I never had a chance to actually use the app but had installed it into my theme.

I noticed I was not receiving as much mail from my customers as usual on my site, after awhile I noticed my shopify contact box on my site was not working and had not been ever since I downloaded this app to my store.

After spending an hour on the phone with Shopify, we discovered that this single app interferes with the send button of Shopify's contact box.

After removing this app, everything works fine again and my contact box is now working. This app has caused me to lose a ton of business and countless customers as they think they are sending me an email, but we never received it.

I cannot tell you how upset I am that I trusted an app like this to help my business, when it actuality it cost me a fortune over lost sales and angry customers.

You guys really need to look into this issue. Shopify has confirmed the issue and is escalating it to the top. Hopefully someone from Shopify reaches out to you guys so you can get this fixed and you don't affect anyone else's business.
