The best email app I have used. Everything is intuitive and efficient. Great templates and tons of options for coupons, gifts, product features and automatic scheduling.

Everything is linked to your shopify discount codes so you don't have to worry about making them yourself.

The support team has been very helpful. We recently had a couple issues with an email and Luiz stayed with me on the chat, followed up and made sure I was happy with the resolution. They were able to resolve the problem and got back in touch in a timely manner. I appreciate Luiz and his persistence on finding answers.

Always helpful when I reach out for support. Plus the follow up is first class. They always want to be sure I have received the support I need. Most of the support is just because I am still in a learning curve due to time. I am sure once I have the time to slow down and spend more time with the app it will be of great help. I can see the potential.

Update for 2/3/2024.
Just spent a good amount of time working with Agustin trying to work thru the upcoming changes due to email due to Google. Agustin was so patient and helpful. Very professional and stayed with me until things were done right. I appreciate all the time and effort.

This is a wonderful app for those that like easy to use simple templates and want to finish the task quickly. I will be using it more often in the future now that I know just how easy it is to use!!

I had to make a switch when Shopify & MailChimp got into a ridiculous argument over data privacy. That's when I discovered Omnisend: worth every single penny! Haven't had any issues, it's very user-friendly and their support has always been very quick and effective. I'd definitely recommend it.
