We wanted to try something entirely different with a customer segment. I am a novice and couldn't figure out how to get it done. I asked for help from Omnisend staff. Stefani, the guy who helped me, created a simple solution for getting it done AND to help me understand made me a video to show me each step of the way. Because of the video and his directions I didn't just know what to do but understood why I had to do each step making it so much easier. We had previously been using Mailchimp and switched over to Omnisend. So far am very pleased with the integration with Shopify and the program itself is very user friendly and intuitive with good templates.

The app does what it should do, and does it well! Sometimes things might be a bit difficult to figure out, but their support is second to none. Especially Bassma, who has been such a great support and real life saver at times for me! Nothing is a problem and she's always ready to help with smile. Absolutely recommend!
