Amazing customer support! I do the live chat on a weekly basis and I get quick and useful help. Highly recommend Omnisend.
It is very easy to use, and the template is simple but has all the elements you need. will recommend this app if you would like to start your email marketing but don't know how to fo a nice template.
Seems very simple to use so far. Perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to spend a lot of time on emails.

I recently switched to Omnisend - this is a powerful tool and the support team is extremely helpful (even when starting with a free account). I had some more advanced segmentation to create and the support agent Sarah stayed with me offering suggestions and checking my work to ensure it was set up right. This tool can do far more than most of the CMS/Email Marketing apps on Shopify. If they keep up this level of service and great functionality, they'll own the market in no time!

I just used Omnisend to send my first email newsletter! The templates were really intuitive and it took a fraction of the time that I spent trying out other much more complicated marketing software campaigns. So far its a win!

Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich wirklich sehr gut und auch wenn ich mal Fragen hatte, hat mir der Support, in dem Fall Daryna, sehr gut und kurzfristig geholfen. Sehr umfangreich und bedarfsabhängige Bezahlung finde ich auch sehr gut. Die Auswahl der Templates und die Möglichkeit, Newsletter für mehrere Shops kopieren zu können, wäre noch verbesserungswürdig.
