Omnisend is incredibly easy to use, and their customer support is excellent. Dilara, in particular, has been very friendly and responds quickly to any questions I have. Highly recommend!

Omnisend is truly great. It is great for beginners and they have an amazing team of customer service experts. Karine helped me today with my segments issue and she was really helpful!

It's a really easy app to use, I can build beautiful emails easily and I have a template I copy each month so it is seamless. When I needed to ask for some help with a few domain queries, Maria was amazing and I wish I'd asked earlier! She had me sorted in 5 minutes flat. Great service and wonderful app.

My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. The OS staff is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly day and night to answer my random and technical questions - all with an amazing attitude of service. Good templates, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Not sure it's worth it as i'm still using it only for cart recovery and never compare it to other apps.

But this "Reviews" feature you advertise is THE MOST S*** you can come with! And you even compare your "features" with other apps with years on the market?

Here is my honest feedback.
Before asking others to switch, at least learn what is actually important for the customers - review feeds, google rich snippets, google product ratings, google seller ratings and so on.

You simply have an email servers that send to collect feedback. That's it.
Oh, an display the feedback too :D

I really hope you didn't able to get more customers confused with your sh*t as the damage your app can cause may take months to recover.

I've been using Omnisend for a while, it is very easy to setup, use, create automations and emails. Plus, customer support is another story, they are extraordinary, very kind, ready to help and they keep following up with you until you get satisfied! I would like to specially thank Didem for being very helpful by sending personalized videos to explain how to get things done, also I would like to thank Luiz, Olesia & Beran for being so helpful. Keep up the good work guys!
