Terrible Customer Support – Avoid This App!

If you run into any issues, don’t expect their customer support to be helpful. They take forever to respond and keep making excuses instead of actually fixing the problem.

We just switched over from Privy to Omnisend and so far the customer support has been INCREDIBLE! I've had all my questions answered within a few minutes. Mathias in particular has been amazing!

The integration with Shopify is very smooth and seamless. The "ready-built" templates were a time saver and covered most of my store's common needs.
