The integration with Shopify is very smooth and seamless. The "ready-built" templates were a time saver and covered most of my store's common needs. What I did have to build was easy with their "drag-n-drop" workflow setups. If I am stuck for a moment, they have a succinct and short 7-step video series (and others) to help beginners like myself.
I have used one competitor's product, and while it is very powerful and scalable, it's much more complicated.
Can I see scaling to other plans as my business grows - ABSOLUTELY!!

Moved from klaviyo to OmniSend after it was recommended to me. I was a bit nervous in doing so… but with the excellent customer service, fast and knowledgeable help, the transition was seamless. The guys at OmniSend deserve this 5-Star review and more. They even checked in on my account to make sure everything was running smoothly and found a hiccup. I love omnisend. I've tried other email services and prefer Omnisend to them all. Their interface is easy to understand and there's not much you can't do. Their customer service is also excellent.

Perfect app for email marketing. All you need and more. Even offers forms (pop-ups). Newbie friendly, very easy to use. Support is very friendly and helped me in no time. Definitely recommend.

I migrated from another email marketing platform to omnisend and I couldn't be happier! Omninsend has a very fair price for the features that offer. Besides, the customer service is amazing - I had contact with Mariia and she was super approachable and kind explaining everything in detail and with print screens so I understand what she means. 5 stars and super recommended!
