I dont think marketing and emailing would be that much easy , i loved the software very much , and also need to say that their support and post sales were far much better , they solved my problem even in the midnight , i will definitely buy this one .

Easy to use, fast and helpful.

I was using Mailchimp and I decided to switch to Omnisend because I thought it was better for Shopify (note: and it's more expensive). For the past two or three months, my sales have dropped, half of my customers don't get the emails, I had problems with the sync between other small issues. The support changes all the time so you never speak with the same person and every new person answers you a random answer.
I asked to speak on the phone with someone in order to solve all this issues and they have no phone support.
This app was a very poor choice.

We love soundest! It is a huge help with our store and getting emails out to our subscribers.

Omnisend is great ans straight forward for newbies,I love it and I prefer using it to Klaviyo,The Templates are easy to use
