Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I've been setting up some automation streams and one form. Most functions work pretty well, and some smaller issues were fixed with the help of the support team. Great support from Daryna - thanks a lot!

I have been through almost every email service provider. Honestly, so far this has been my favourite. I've been on support A LOT! They probably all know my name by now lol. Baarath at Omnisend is an absolute star. The guy was so kind, so helpful, and literally took me step by step by step to sort out my automation. He stayed on chat and waited for me to finish each step and tested as we went along without leaving me hanging 20 minutes in between interactions. What an asset to the Omnisend team he is. perfect email automation app, couldn't ask for more. I just hope you can make the free plan to include abandoned cart as well even for small number of abandoned cart customer emails only.
