Not going to lie, this app just.. works.
This a great app! Easy to use and just what I was looking for in a marketing app.

very good application, easy to install, works perfectly, does its job, hard to find better for free, I recommend it to all those like me who start on shopify, and who want to automate their marketing campaign, much easier to install than other applications.
Good app, but needs some updates. for example on each of workflow page I need to edit Social icons manually each time. it needs to be integrated into the settings so the data is pulled each time with new workflow
I am a 1st timer to the world of online marketing/running an online store, would recommend this app massively. So easy to use and integrates with Shopify perfectly!
Very nice app amazing templates to choose from! and the campaign setup and everything is very self explanatory
I was initially happy when I first signed up for Omnisend but I think I was happy because I was completely new to email marketing. I've been with Omnisend for 2 years now and each time I use them I'm honestly so underwhelmed with their offerings. Also, receiving customer service is almost impossible. Their customer service reply is only via chat which prompts to "we typically respond in 1 hour", I'm sorry but we are business people and when we have a small window to work on something that's our window, and waiting an hour to 1 reply is not practical. I recently switched to Attentive Mobile for SMS and it's been breath of fresh air! I'm looking for a new platform for emails now. If you're debating Omnisend I would suggest passing to save yourself time and unnecessary headache!

Fairly easy to use. I like the weekly stats that they send of how many subscribers you have on your mailing list
