Great tool and service so far:
- great email and workflow builder
- actually supports multiple locations for most data (doesn't pull localized product data yet but there are some workarounds)
- good statistics
- responsive support team
Would definitely recommend!
I think Omnisend is the generally best ESP app based on price and performance. And the customer service is outstanding compared to other popular choices. At least if you are sending SMS as well. However to get 5 stars I am missing (by importance):
1. Ability to choose collections in automatic recommender. In order to automate without being extremely repetetive or irrelevant I need to insert different content.
2. Automations by the day of the week (weekly newsletters). So I can send a "this weeks bestsellers" each friday etc
3. Signup forms that recognise if user is a subscriber - When collecting subscribers is the main point, it makes littles sense not to be able to excluded already subscribed customers from getting popups. I have to have another app for this :(

I used this app after trying several other ones, free or not. It is so easy and simple to create a campaign for a beginner like me!! Really appreciated the whole process!

This email program is easy to use and has a lot of great features. Easy to upload subscribers from various sources.
This app has some amazing functionality for such a great price! Super easy to set up. I got all of my automations and forms set up in less than an hour. Campaigns are so easy to create and send. I LOVE this app!
Loved the sales pitch. Very nice + clean interface. However, UX is not very user friendly. It just takes so many more clicks to get what you want. Also, email block settings differ from one template to another so it's difficult to apply "saved" blocks. It looks like each template/automation was coded separately, so there's no uniformity. It also doesn't allow you to create multi-touchpoint emails, so you can't create follow up emails smoothly within one campaign. Everyone raves about CS, that's why I chose Omnisend over Klaviyo, but I have yet to get a good experience. Onboarding so far has not been pleasant. They promised that someone would help us set up our account, but I have done 95% of the work.

Very straight forward to use, and the help team is very responsive in the spots that aren't as straight forward. Really happy with this app, can't wait to start my first campaign
So far so good! It seems to have everything I am looking for!
Definitely 5 out of 5 for this app! Just WOW on how good the emails look when built from the templates! Easy to import my subscribers from Mailchimp, and easy connection to Shopify and my loyalty app. Very, very impressed.
